This week’s highlights

Atlassian announced the launch of Databricks Query Runner, an AI-powered agent within Atlassian Rovo that enables instant, natural language querying of data in Databricks without SQL expertise, currently available in Confluence and coming soon to Jira. Additionally, Atlassian expanded its AI collaboration platform with Rovo everywhere, introducing new AI-powered skills, enhanced enterprise search now default in Jira, a personal memory feature in Rovo Chat, and a more powerful Rovo Studio for no-code AI agent creation with enhanced governance and automation capabilities.

This week’s highlights

This week, Google Workspace introduced enhanced logging for Chat apps, allowing admins to gain deeper insights into app usage within their organizations via updated Chat app logs. Additionally, Google Meet on the web now supports meeting timers for better time management and engagement (using timers in Meet). Google Vids also added new vertical and square video formats to better support content creation for social media platforms (new aspect ratio options in Vids).
